MENTAL HEALTH WEEK

Activities:
All Week- walking laps at recess- remember to record your laps as we "walk to Edmonton"
Tuesday- "RAINBOW LUNCH" Pack a Rainbow lunch- see how many bright colored fruits and veggies you can pack in your lunch
Wednesday-"ONE-ZZZ'S"  Sleep awareness:  wear your best onese or any PJs and take the opportunity to discuss good sleep habits
Thursday- "LET'S CHALK ABOUT IT"  Write a positive message or picture on the sidewalks outside of Norwood School
